the gym was adequate modern and clean I think. it has a nice shower area.
i did NOT like the service. the hotel failed to address repeated concerns regarding a faulty air conditioner in the room. despite several requests to fix it, the problem persisted throughout my stay making it UNCOMFORTABLE.

The breakfast offered a great variety of options.
My check-in felt rushed. The staff did not explain where to find anything, not even the elevator. I booked a superior king sea view room, and it was dated. I asked about changing rooms, but I would be charged for an upgrade, so I remained in the original room.

fantastic STAY near the beach!

I really enjoyed my time here. The hotel sits just a short walk from the beach! The grounds are spacious and well maintained with nice green areas. The new room i got featured lovely design. Housekeeping was especially great. Khun poppy and khun pui really kept everything neat.
Slight maintenance issues were present around the pool deck. Some edges felt sharp when i walked barefoot.

the hotel offers multiple pools, with the beach club being a highlight. i saw the grounds contain a beautiful lake and are maintained well. the hotel also provides easy beach access.

i found thai thai restaurant on site. it presents a selection of thai dishes with a set menu option. i noted jane, mew, and aele provide really good service there. there is a nice kids corner at breakfast.

a mixed bag but mostly alright

the resort had several pools to pick. there were lovely grounds that had many plants. a shuttle service got us around the resort so i didn't have to walk much.
the rooms was a bit outdated. the pools needed a good clean, i saw cracked tiles. the slide wasn't working which was a real shame

the yoga classes were a great activity , and annie, the yoga teacher, was very nice and friendly. the environment was quiet and the staff loved children. i also found them always smiling. aoy mod was really good at teaching me how to fold , and was very patient and friendly.
the service was very slow , when i asked for ice from room service.

uneven experience, some concerns
kind staffdirty floormissed service
the staff was kind, i will say that.
i feel let down by my room. it was supposed to be a five-star experience, however, the floor was dirty. after i showered, my feet got dirty again and i had to rinse them before sleeping. also, one day i returned from a morning out and the room wasnt made up. i had to call and go out again to wait.
